Danae was the first suite that we created in 1995 in the ground floor of the farmhouse where the olive oil mil was in the previous centuries. The exposed stone walls, Venetian arches and rough wood compose a minimal yet warm interior.

The villa was conceived for a couple but offers accommodation for up to 4 guests. The large main space consists of a well furnished sitting area with two sofa beds, an open plan kitchen – equipped perfectly for some holiday cooking- a long wooden farmhouse table.

A few stairs lead to the villa’s main bedroom, a cosy niche that can be closed off for some privacy for the parents, in case the unit is rented for a family. The bathroom is charmingly designed with earthy tones, with both a bathtub & shower.

The patio in the garden is ideal for al fresco dining under the stars, with a glass of delicious local wine from our list.

Our guests love Danae for this balanced rustic minimal atmosphere that feels warm and relaxing, the soothing long lawn garden, the comfortable sofas, the breakfasts in the long wooden table filled with our farm’s fruits and local goods, the “apperitivo” on the patio.
